I. Process Optimization and Abnormality Handling
1. Responsible for the design and continuous optimization of production line processes, solve product anomalies in the process such as yield decline and equipment bottlenecks, analyze root causes and propose improvement plans through tools such as MSA, SPC and FMEA
2. Complete process verification, yield improvement and problem closure during trial production, issue trial production reports and promote mass production standardization
II. Process Documents and Standardization Management
1. Formulate and maintain SOP, SIP, on-site display boards, CP, PFMEA, process parameter sheets and other documents to ensure production line operations meet system requirements
2. Promote process improvement, optimize process and equipment parameters to improve production efficiency and control costs.
III. Cross-departmental Cooperation and Technical Support
1. Cooperate with quality, production and R&D departments to solve technical problems, provide process training support to ensure the achievement of production goals
2. Participate in customer complaint analysis, take charge of corrective and preventive measures for quality problems related to manufacturing process
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, electronics, materials or related fields, with more than 5 years working experience as production process engineer.
2. Familiar with quality tools including MSA, SPC, FMEA and 8D, capable of data analysis and problem solving.

1. Responsible for the development, optimization and scale-up of new preparation processes for nano copper powder.
2. Lead the formula and process design of nano copper powder for conductive pastes in specific application scenarios.
3. Solve key technical difficulties in nano copper powder preparation, including anti-oxidation, anti-agglomeration and dispersibility improvement.
4. Establish and improve performance evaluation standards and test methods for nano copper powder, and correlate material properties with downstream application performance.
5. Optimize process parameters via Design of Experiments (DOE) to enhance batch stability, production yield and cost efficiency of products.
6. Take charge of process transfer and technical support from laboratory trials to pilot-scale production.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry and other related majors.
2. Mandatory requirement: More than 3 years of experience in R&D or preparation of nano metal powders such as copper and silver.
3. Characterization capability: Proficient in operating at least two characterization equipment including SEM, XRD and laser particle size analyzer, and able to conduct data analysis.
4. Anti-oxidation technology: Practical experience in anti-oxidation technologies for nano copper powder such as in-situ coating and passivation treatment is preferred. Having R&D and industrialization experience of nano copper powder used for conductive paste and sintered conductive adhesive is preferred.
5. Familiar with surface modification and functionalization of nano powders, as well as dispersion technology in specific systems like resin and solvent.
Note: The workplace will be determined according to R&D and production progress.
During the pilot test period: Work at Qinglian Technology Co., Ltd., Beihang University Science Park Building, No.1 Jinghai Fifth Road, Tongzhou District, Beijing.
After the completion of pilot test: The workplace will be adjusted to Qinglian Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
