QLsemi is headquartered in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a production and assembly workshop in Tianjin and an office in Suzhou. The Company is committed to providing high-reliability packaging solutions for high-performance power devices. Our main business covers four main areas: R&D, production and sales of packaging materials and packaging & testing equipment, as well as packaging process development and device reliability evaluation. The company operates Class 1000 and Class100 cleanrooms, ensuring stable mass production of products, which have been certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949.
Leveraging nearly 20 years of research and development in silver/copper sintering materials and equipment, Qlsemi has independently developed silver sintering materials and equipment that are comparable to products from Europe and the United States, addressing the current challenges in silver sintering. Furthermore, the company is one of the few semiconductor companies both domestically and internationally that possesses a comprehensive solution for copper sintering (packaging materials & packaging equipment& process), and it has extensive experience in device reliability evaluation.
Silver/copper sintering technology is a core technology for high-performance chip packaging, represented by SiC, with high technical barriers. As an incubating enterprise of an industry giant, all four company's core R&D personnel are holding Ph.D. degrees from Tsinghua University and are part of one of the earliest teams in the world (since 2005) dedicated to silver/copper sintering technology. The company has established deep technical collaborations and product development partnerships with many leading enterprises and is expected to realize the national substitution of high-end packaging materials and equipment.
